ICS 4th Graders and K5 had lots of fun with guests Alex Gambacorta and Aryien Stevens. Students learned how to cradle a ball in a lacrosse stick and even had 1-on-1 races with one another. Lacrosse stars in the making! #ICSEagles





ICS 6th Gr. Scientists learned about metabolism and how the human body functions to combine molecules to create energy. Tasked with combining 4 ingredients that were stable on their own, students recorded the changes they observed from the mixture with their senses. #ICSEagles





ICS was represented by ten of our students at the Young Authors and Artists Conference at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Students spent the day writing, sketching and presenting their narrative, visual, or sculptural work to one another. Their work will be celebrated in May #ICSEagles





ICS 6th-8th Grade played a scrimmage in lacrosse with guests Alex Gambacorta and Aryien Stevens last week. The middle school teachers had some fun and even played too. Students learned lots, like how to face off and have a great time! #ICSEagles





ICS 1st Graders put their taste buds to the test and tried multiple flavored applesauce for Food Service. As they tried each flavor, they completed a survey rating how they felt about their snacks. What great bravery, 1st Grade! #ICSEagles

ICS 4th Graders kept Mr. Dropik on his toes with a friendly lacrosse game this past week. Students managed to sneak in a goal and won 1-0. Maybe next time, Mr. Dropik! #ICSEagles
