If you’re considering enrolling your child as a new K4/K5 student at Indian Community School this Fall, this is a wonderful opportunity to visit our school and connect with our friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We’ll be here to answer your questions, give you a tour, and help you complete the enrollment application. We look forward to meeting you!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Please bring the following documents with you for your child:

• Most Recent Immunization Record

• An Original Birth Certificate

 • Tribal Enrollment Information including proof of eligibility by virtue of tribal enrollment or descendancy; these documents must be issued on the letterhead of a federally recognized tribal government or a tribal identification card issued by a tribal government. 

• If applicable, a copy of any Individualized Education Plans (IEP), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), or documents for other applicable services.

We will make a copy of the documentation when you enroll in-person.
