As the Data Assessment Coordinator, I collaborate with administrators, instructional staff, families, and our students to implement authentic assessments aligned to standards, interpret assessment results, create individualized academic opportunities, and communicate our data management systems. Instructional coaching is another piece of my role here at ICS. Through this I support teachers in data analysis, goal-setting and developing cycles of feedback to inform daily teaching and learning. My responsibilities here at ICS center around student growth, which is immensely rewarding!

When I am not with our ICS family at school, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, my family and my friends. A lot of my spare time is spent outdoors: golfing, hiking or running. I also love to explore new places through traveling or just trying out a new restaurant in town!
