RIDE UNITED COVID-19 VACCINE ACCESS. Call 1-833-572-1599
The Ride United program allows individuals to receive rides to and from vaccine appointments through Lyft ride services in Lyft supported communities. Users receive support for up to 4 rides and $25 per ride for their COVID-19 vaccine appointments through either a coupon code or concierge service for those without the Lyft app.
This program supports individuals of all ages that do not have access to other transportation services provided by their community (i.e. Disability or Senior Ride Programs, or other non-emergency medical transportation programs). Individuals must call to receive the code.

Emergency Assistance is a one-time payment that can help low-income parents pay an emergency housing or utility-related expense. Low income individuals who have at least one child in the house and are facing an emergency can receive Emergency Assistance. An emergency could be due to:
• Fire, flood, or natural disaster; Homelessness or impending homelessness, or Energy crisis. To be eligible for an Emergency Assistance payment, you must not have received an Emergency Assistance payment in the past 12 months. A worker at the W-2 Agency will determine if you are eligible.
