Greetings! My Ho-Chunk name is Kuunu and my English name is Justin Thundercloud.
My current role is Board Treasurer and I also serve on a number of Board Committees. I envision ICS as a future leader in Education and leadership structure and processes and I feel the school has the personnel to accomplish these goals.
I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Educational Studies. Over the past 27 years, I have coached a wide variety of athletes in multiple sports from 5th-grade Girls Basketball to Division 3 College Football including High School Varsity level in Girls and Boys Basketball, Football, and Hockey. I am currently the head Junior Varsity coach for the University School of Milwaukee Boys Hockey.
My family owes a tremendous debt of gratitude to the school and staff of our school. I have been given a great opportunity to serve on the ICS Board for the last 13 years, and my goal is to utilize my position to support the Administration of the school and the dedicated teachers of the school to provide our community with a great school. Both of my two sons, Alex (ICS Class of 2015) and Marcus (ICS Class of 2019), went on to the University School of Milwaukee and will both be moving on to college in 2023.
