Renee Meyer
Controller
As Controller, I work with the accounting staff to ensure that the day-to-day financial needs of the School are met and that accurate financial information is provided to the School’s Board of Directors and managers. Also, I work with the Chief Financial Officer to establish strong internal controls and to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This work helps to provide staff with the resources they need and helps to support the Board’s efforts to continue its mission into perpetuity.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Since joining the School in 1998, the school’s growth has presented me with many opportunities to be challenged as well as to learn and grow in my profession.
At school, I enjoy learning about our Native culture and spending time with the children, while at home, enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children.
