About Our Menus
Our menus and meal choices are carefully planned in advance, utilizing the freshest foods that are locally grown or harvested, or are available from local sources. We purchase the bulk of our produce in season and mentor our students on the importance of choosing their portions wisely to minimize the amount of food waste.
Given supply chain issues, sometimes we need to make adjustments to the meal plans. Therefore, all meals are subject to change.
We compost food that is not eaten, and our food containers and eating utensils are either reusable or compostable. Being good to our bodies and being good to Mother Earth, along with showing gratitude for the abundance that we have been given, are what we model for our students.
