7th & 8th Grade Teacher: Math

Haa, Pōsōh, Boozhoo, Shekóli, Hello!

I am currently in my 4th year teaching at Indian Community School, teaching a range of math from 6th grade through algebra.

Before ICS, I taught in a St. Francis intermediate school for 15 years, and before that, I taught at Fritsche Middle School for MPS for 5 years. All of my teaching career has been as a middle school math teacher!

I graduated with my teaching degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics from UW-Milwaukee, and have also completed my master's program in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on communication with parents. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Outside of school, I enjoy hanging out with my family and spending time outdoors. Some of my favorite activities include: floating in the pool, basketball, volleyball, and going to the gym.

Wa'įniginąp šąną, Wāēwāēnen, Miigwech, Yawʌɂkó, Thanks!
