Our next Ho-Chunk Experience focuses on an interactive program that explains the value, importance and use of traditional oral practices which the Ho-Chunk people have used to keep their language, songs, teaching and ways of life vibrant and alive. You’ll learn about oral traditions and see some great examples (like the Ho-Chunk Courting Flute!), that will demonstrate how the passing on of cultural information through generation after generation, can be done in an accurate way. The community is invited to join us from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm!
