IT Systems Help Desk
As the IT Systems Help Desk I work with our students, teachers, food service, administration and anything you can name of to help provide them the best solution with any technology trouble they may have or come upon. I believe that my technical support and knowledge is important because it can help make it easier for the teachers to teach their students and engage them. In my work here at Indian Community School, I most enjoy being able to assist, fix, and teach about any technology needs here. I love to give my best quality of work and efficiency to every staff, and especially for the students so they can learn and enjoy school. I am trained in Google Administration Suite, Active Directory, and Windows devices. I am currently attending University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to earn my undergraduate degree in Information Science & Technology.
When I’m not working here at the school, I enjoy playing basketball, traveling, and eating. My parents are from Southeast Asia and immigrated to Milwaukee in the mid-1980s. I am the second youngest in my family out of five men and one woman. The fact that I’m able to help in any kind of way makes me happy, and feeling important.
